  • LaunchPad Starter Course is a career launch course in Lakewood, NJ, designed to help individuals kickstart their professional journeys.

  • Launchpad was built for those entering the workforce. Whether you just graduated from high school, you’re back from sem or are looking to pivot to a new career - this course is for you.

  • The course will be during the day at Circa Restaurant in Lakewood: 415 Cedar Bridge Ave

    Day 1: Monday, June 23rd

    Day 2: Tuesday, June 24th

  • We offer two tracks: Launch ($125) and Accelerate ($250).
    Both include the full in-person training — Accelerate adds follow-up support, advanced tech skills, and a certificate of completion.

  • Anyone can wing it when it comes to applying for a job, but learning your strengths and building professional skills will save you time and frustration and give you the edge to find your best-fit job with confidence and clarity.

  • Feeling nervous before an interview is completely normal, and many people share this experience. Interview skills can be developed over time. With proper preparation and practice, you can build confidence and improve your performance.

     At LaunchPad, we provide a supportive environment where you can:

    • Receive constructive feedback

  • Absolutely. The course is designed to get you “work” ready. By learning what kind of environments you will thrive in, creating a resume, and solidifying your interview and computer skills, you’ll feel confident in any work environment.

  • The Accelerate track includes the opportunity to earn a certificate of completion.
    It's based on participation and follow-up — certificates aren't automatically given.

  • Esther Bloch

    With a background in HR leadership and team development, Esther is the Director of People at Wilhelm and a certified career coach. She has helped professionals at every stage gain the clarity, skills, and confidence to grow in their careers. At LaunchPad, she focuses on equipping young women with the tools and mindset they need to show up professionally and succeed in today’s workplace.

  • Chasya Feigelstein

    Chasya has built, developed, and led multiple small businesses, including DataFi Analytics and Camp Nesiot. With hands-on experience in every part of the hiring process—from interviewing to training to managing—she brings a clear, practical perspective to workforce preparation. She has led multiple training programs focused on equipping young women with both technical skills and the mindset needed for long-term growth in the workplace.
